Bootcamp Fitness Class

Classes are every Monday & Thursday evenings starting at 6:30pm.

Drop-in: $12.00 per class, per person
Punch Card: Four weeks or 8 classes at $80.00

About the Instructor: Sonya Vincent, a resident of Mount Uniacke, Nova Scotia is a Canfitpro Pro Personal Trainer Specialist and owner of Big Picture Fitness who has over 20 years experience in the fitness inductry in both personal training and competitive sports.

What can you expect: Every class is diffrent. From body weight exercises to resistance training, with a mix of high intensity to slower tempo movements. When planning my programs, I always consider the fact that fitness has so many elements and everyone has diffrent goals. With this in mind I try to mix things up by keeping them fresh and fun while working on strength, cardiovascular health, balance, coordination and flexibility. All fitness levels are welcome. Movements can always be altered to bring it up or down a notch.

What you need to bring: A yoga matt, clean indoor running shoes, water, and comfortable clothes. There are some dumbbells at the hall but appreciated if you own dumbbells to bring them along or visit Big Picture Fitness on facebook
