Bootcamp Fitness Classes
About the Instructor: Allison Stephens, a resident of Mount Uniacke is a Canfitpro Certified Group Fitness Instructor who has many years experience teaching many different fitness formats in both small to large groups.
What can you expect: Each class will be a mix of high and low cardio workouts with high intensity and strength training mixed in. Each participant can increase or decrease their workout intensity based on their strengths and what you want to get out of the class. A judgement free zone is encouraged where everyone is welcome; no matter age or ability. New Fitcampers are always welcome. Come surprise yourself, it might just surprise you on what you can achieve!
What you need to bring: Please bring with you water in a covered plastic bottle, clean indoor sneakers, a yoga mat, and hand weights (non-exposed weights covered in rubber). Some equipment is available for use at each class if you don't have any.
